Meet Your Team! 

Throughout the factory order process, you’ll work with a team of skilled professionals who will help guide you through and ensure you receive your personalized experience.  They are here to make sure all your questions and concerns are addressed, no matter what part of the process you’re in.
 
Order Specialist  Your Order Specialist will guide you through the steps of choosing your make, model, trim, and configuring your vehicle to your exact needs.  They’ll explain the expectations of a factory order, answer any questions or concerns, and place the order with our manufacturer.  The order specialist will communicate your preferences to the factory, as well as to our team here at Mark Dodge.  Throughout the build process, they will be your main point of contact for updates, tracking, or any other questions.  All of this is done remotely, at your convenience.
 
Sales Manager  The assigned Sales Manager will reach out to you once they see your vehicle has made it to the final rail location (Port Allen).  They will then review your deal and introduce you to our finance and logistics teams to finish out your purchase.  The sales manager is on-site at Mark Dodge and can assist in verifying the condition and status of your vehicle.
 
Finance Manager  Your assigned Finance Manager will set up a time to meet with you virtually and finalize all of the remaining components of the purchase.  This includes financing, warranties, verifying insurance, titling, and anything else that may still be pending at that time.
 
Delivery Specialist  The Delivery Specialists work on-site alongside your assigned Sales Manager here at the dealership, performing pre-delivery inspections and setting the car up for your use.
 
Logistics Manager  Once your vehicle is ready for you to obtain (meaning it is owned and insured under your name), the Logistics Manager can assist with shipping the vehicle and having the vehicle driven to you. This is to ensure that you receive your new ride as conveniently and quickly as possible. Our logistics manager is well-equipped with a select group of third-party vendor companies to connect you with to make this part seamless.
